As St. Catherine of Siena continues to grow and increase opportunities for spiritual growth and outreach, there is a need for more clergy to serve at St. Catherine of Siena.
In order to help meet the needs of our parish, Fr. Jeremy Lambert, LC, and Deacon David Warriner have been assigned to SCS, effective July 1, 2022. Below is more information about Fr. Jeremy and Deacon David.
We are looking forward to welcoming both of these holy men of God!
Fr. Jeremy Lambert, LC
Fr. Jeremy Lambert, a native of Atlanta, was ordained a priest for the Legionaries of Christ in 2012 in Rome, Italy. Seminary studies brought him from Connecticut to Quebec and then to Rome where he obtained a master’s in philosophy and a bachelor's in theology. Lover of all things outdoors and sports, he particularly finds God when spending time in the mountains. Fr Jeremy served for three years as director of youth activities at Our Lady of Bethesda retreat center in Washington, DC. He is currently serving as a retreat chaplain and spiritual director in the New Orleans area.
Fr. Jeremy will serve part-time at St. Catherine. He will be serving at SCS on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, Sundays, and Holy Days. He will primarily be focused on sacramental and ministerial needs. Areas of responsibility will include celebrating the Sacraments (Eucharist, Reconciliation, Anointing of the Sick, Funerals, and Weddings), visiting homebound parishioners, assisting with parish ministries, offering spiritual direction, retreats, working with young adults, and offering opportunities for spiritual growth.
When he is not at SCS, Fr. Jeremy will continue his ministry in the New Orleans area with the Legionaries of Christ.
