St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church in Metairie, LA is accepting applications for a full-time Director of Youth Ministry. The youth minister will be responsible for developing and overseeing a comprehensive youth ministry program for junior high students (grades 6-7) and high school students (grades 8-12) as well as the Confirmation program and Parish School of Religion. The goal of our youth ministry is to form disciples of Jesus Christ. 

Applicants must be a practicing Catholic and be able to relate well with teenagers and adult volunteers. Three years of experience working with youth and a bachelor’s degree in theology, pastoral ministry or a related field are preferred.
