Starting in the 2024 - 2025 school year, St. Catherine of Siena will welcome Nashville Dominican Sisters to teach in the school.  In order to prepare for their arrival, we are building them a house / convent to live in on Codifer Blvd.    

In August of 2021, St. Catherine of Siena purchased the property at 315 Codifer Blvd. Thank you to Prieur Properties (Missy Martin) for generously handling the closing.  In August of 2023, the old house was demolished thanks to the generosity of Ovella Enterprises (John & Nicole Ovella) and Durr Construction (Dana Stumpf). 


Plans are being finalized for the construction of the new house thanks to the generosity of CIS Architects (Charles Silbernagel) & Elan Studio Design (Heather Somers).  Once the plans are finalized, the new house will be constructed thanks to the generosity of Premier Construction (Jeff Long). 

We look forward to collaborating with all of these friends of SCS to build a fitting home for the new sisters who will be teaching at SCS!
