Jeff Cavins Is Coming to St. Catherine of Siena

Jeff Cavins, renowned speaker and author, will speak at St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church (105 Bonnabel Blvd., Metairie, LA 70005) on February 11 - 12, 2019 from 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm.  On Monday, he will speak on "The Activated Disciple: How to Follow Christ in the Modern World."  On Tuesday, Jeff will speak on "Sharing the Basic Gospel Message."  Both talks are free and open to the public.  A love offering will be taken each night. 

About Jeff Cavins

Jeff Cavins is an captivating public speaker and biblical scholar.  His journey from Evangelical preacher to Catholicism is inspiring and uplifting. He explains the Catholic faith at a level that everyone can understand and appreciate, taking theological truths and expressing them in a practical way.  He is the creator of The Great Adventure Bible Timeline study system. Jeff is the founding host of EWTN’s weekly program “Life on the Rock” as well as Relevant Radio’s daily show, “Morning Air.”  Cavins has authored a number of books including My Life on the Rock, Walking with God: A Journey Through the Bible, I'm Not Being Fed, the Amazing Grace Series, Praise God and Thank Him: Biblical Keys to a Joyful Life, When You Suffer: Biblical Keys for Hope and Understanding and his latest book, The Activated Disciple.  Jeff received an M.A. in theology from Franciscan University of Steubenville.
